• How much space do you have for a garden?

• Do you have full sun or partial sun?

• What is your microclimate weather like?

Subsequent Appointments & Services

All services beyond the initial consultation are billed at $75/hr.

Site Visit - approx. 1 hour, in person

• Determine where your gardens will be located.

• Decide where and how you can grow seedlings

• Decide how you can water your garden and seedlings

• Design a layout for what will grow where

• Collect soil samples

• Discuss how the garden soil can be prepared for planting - compost, mulch, fertilizer, etc.

• Supplies needed - hoses, shovels, hoes, seedling trays, irrigation system, etc.

Creation of garden plan - time varies depending on size and complexity of the garden. Averages 1-4 hours

Garden Plan Review and Revision - approx. 1 hour, in person

• Review the plan and revise based on your goals and needs.

Demonstrations and Work Sessions - as many / as long as needed, in person

I’ll demonstrate how to:

• Plant seeds

• Transplant seedlings

• Prepare the soil for planting

• Water seedlings and crops

• Weed, mulch, hoe, etc.

• Scout, identify and treat pests & disease

• Trellis, prune, thin

• Harvest

• Remove old plants and start again!
